The Lake Puckaway walleye stocking assessment MCGL Proj. 2312 was performed by Dr. Amy Springer, Laboratory Manager Molecular Conserva􀆟on Gene􀆟cs Lab, University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point Project.
4-3-23 UPDATE
WDNR folks were out again putting in Sonic tags into some more walleyes they got from the nets on the South Shore. The attached photos of Adam Nickle, Scott Bunde and Jon Hoffman putting in the tags. Also shown are the Sonic tag and the orange loop tag that will identify the walleye as a sonic tagged fish. I have attached the summary of the process and how to report the fish to the WDNR.
