Just a reminder that the examples are based on existing 2021 District equalized value which will probably rise a few percentage points due to any reassessments done in 2022.

So important to remind owners that these are estimates and their own tax will vary based on their own property’s actual 2022 equalized value ( which wont be available until early/ mid October). 

Also for planning purposes about 27% of that total doesn’t get paid to the District until August due to the split tax payment schedule.
